Responsibilities

Plan, storyboard, and produce training videos (intros/outros, tutorials, explainers, walkthroughs, module lessons)

Create short-form social videos for developer relations and software product campaigns

Edit videos end-to-end with optimized pacing and storytelling

Build motion graphics and animated diagrams

Adapt videos across multiple aspect ratios (YouTube, Shorts, Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn)

Capture/direct footage and screen recordings (code, terminal, IDE workflows)

Design event and product launch assets

Create web/email graphics, data sheets, one-pagers, presentation templates

Develop scalable design systems and reusable templates

Design social-first graphics (carousels, infographics, thumbnails, banners, ad units)

Ensure accessibility and brand consistency

Localize and adapt assets across campaigns

Partner with Product, Developer Relations, and Web teams

Align visuals with messaging frameworks and launch timelines

Use performance metrics and feedback to optimize engagement

Required

1–2 years of experience in video production, motion graphics, or digital design

Strong portfolio showcasing: Video storytelling, Short-form editing, Motion graphics, Social/design work (Reel and sample links required)

Proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve/Fusion, Photoshop & Illustrator

Figma (preferred)

Strong typography, layout, color, and accessible design skills

Experience integrating technical content (code/screen recordings)

Knowledge of platform best practices for YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc

Strong project management and communication skills

Preferred

Experience creating developer-focused or AI/ML content

Familiarity with AMD technologies (GPUs, ROCm, Ryzen AI, AI PC ecosystem)

Experience with tools like Frame.io, SharePoint, Jira, Trello, Asana

Exposure to product launches, campaign workflows, and event marketing
