Responsibilities

Develop, grow, and manage reseller/distributor sales channels and direct industrial accounts
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, lead follow-up, and territory development
Conduct onsite and virtual sales presentations focused on technical air filtration solutions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, end users, purchasing teams, and decision-makers
Create and execute a territory sales plan achieving 20%+ annual growth
Utilize CRM tools for pipeline management, contact tracking, forecasting, and sales reporting
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, customer service, operations, and marketing teams to support customer success
Use value-based selling, solution selling, and consultative sales strategies to preserve profit margins and close deals
Represent the company at customer sites, industry events, training sessions, and quarterly travel opportunities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (Equivalent experience also considered)
3+ years of successful B2B sales, business development, account management, or customer service experience
Demonstrated success in territory growth, pipeline development, or distribution network management
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
High proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools
Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
Ability to understand and communicate technical product features and industrial applications

Preferred

Experience in industrial, OEM, engineering, or manufacturing sectors
