Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
Build and enhance workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations
Integrate AI capabilities such as Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI, and intelligent automation
Implement AI-driven use cases including chatbot automation, ticket summarization, classification, and recommendation engines
Develop REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and external AI/ML systems
Work closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Optimize platform performance and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong experience in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
Exposure to AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, or ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence
Experience integrating third-party APIs (REST/SOAP)
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
