Responsibilities
Translate complex engineering drawings into CNC cut programs with high accuracy
Nest parts by thickness to maximize material efficiency and minimize waste
Determine plate requirements and cutting sequences based on project scope
Set machine parameters and tool paths for precise, repeatable part production
Maintain organized project logs to streamline cutting operations
Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and quality teams to ensure alignment
Contribute to process improvements, machine optimization, and system upgrades
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on CNC programming experience (lead-level preferred)
Previous experience with Sigmanest and ability to implement skills immediately
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Proficient with ERP software and CNC programming tools
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to work overtime as needed
Eagerness to grow within a company that values skill development and internal advancement
