Responsibilities
Underwrite accounts within the business classes of Nursing Homes, Independent Living Facilities, Adult Day Care, Assisted Living Facilities, CCRC’s, Hospice, Home Health
Create and maintain broker relationships
Evaluate exposure, loss trends, and pricing adequacy to ensure profitable portfolio performance
Contribute to underwriting guidelines, training programs, and process improvements
Potentially represent the organization at industry events and maintain strong market visibility within the Senior Living and Healthcare sectors
Qualification
Required
Experience working in large accounts, ideally $1 Million+ in premium
Experience with retail relationships
Someone who has strong brokerage relationships
Someone who has confidence in their ability
Someone interested in having full autonomy over their work
