Responsibilities
Partner with customer teams to drive capacity delivery
Design and build frameworks, software, and tooling for fast, reliable deployments
Implement intricate mitigation strategies to manage outages
Monitor, and analyze dozens of interconnected systems for efficiency gains, resiliency, and predictability
Develop sustainable incident response and painless postmortems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field in software or systems engineering, or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
2 years of experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
Experience with Unix/Linux system internals (e.g., signals, processes, threads, file descriptors)
Experience troubleshooting and debugging distributed systems in a production environment
Experience in designing and developing software for operational automation, monitoring, or reliability (e.g., managing scalability, fault tolerance, and availability)
