Architectural Leadership: Direct the design of scalable ELT pipelines using Snowflake’s cloud-native architecture and dbt for modular, version-controlled transformations
Governance & Standards: Establish "gold standard" engineering practices for dbt modeling, automated testing, and Snowflake RBAC to ensure data integrity and security
Performance & Cost Optimization: Optimize cloud compute utilization through warehouse tuning and query profiling to balance high-speed delivery with credit efficiency
Pipeline Orchestration: Manage CI/CD deployment workflows and mentor engineering teams to ensure the reliable, automated delivery of production-ready data assets
