The role involves leading programming and nesting for CNC Routers and Cutting Machinery, designing cut programs from 3D CAD models, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities
Design cut programs from 3D CAD models to support production of finished goods
Program all CNC machines for routing and cutting of raw materials
Coordinate with Engineering, Project Managers, and Designers to ensure products meet product requirements
Work with third party vendors to develop improved tooling for machine processing
Support production by training operators on proper operational and nesting procedures
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Qualification
Required
Minimum Degree Required: Trade, Tech or Vocational Education
Years of experience: 3 to 5 years
Experience with 3D CAD programs (Catia, SolidWorks, Inventor)
Strong knowledge of G and M Code
Strong computer skills
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work in a team setting
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Programming (if applicable)
Knowledge of Mastercam Software is a plus
