Responsibilities
Responsible for completing reports and projects, such as detailed Geo Access and Member Disruption, as requested by Navitus teams in a timely manner
Understand intermediate data relationship concepts and transform data into information that can be proactively used to improve business decisions
Create pharmacy directories for our clients and their members that clearly identify the pharmacy services available to them and where they are located
Deliver reports and directories on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis as required by government sponsored health plans and other clients
Perform quality assurance to ensure reports are accurate and in compliance with all regulations and requirements
Periodic and detailed reporting of activities and opportunities to Provider Services team and cross-functional leadership
Identify, advocate, and implement continual process improvement of policies and procedures to maximize quality and efficiencies
Assist with internal department and corporate projects as required
Coordinate task completion within department and cross-functionally
Solve moderately complex problems
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
Other related duties as assigned/required
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree required
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a business setting
PC Skills: Microsoft Excess, Access, and other applications as required
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred. Emphasis in business, information systems, economics, or statistics preferred
