Lead, shape and drive the firm’s enterprise-wide data architecture strategy
Influence the full software development lifecycle across Schwab Technology Services (STS)
Work closely with architects and engineers to modernize and govern the firm’s data ecosystem
Establish data strategy, standards, practices, and governance for the entire firm
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide data architecture strategy
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
Experience working closely with architects and engineers
Ability to influence and drive data ecosystem modernization and governance
Experience in establishing data strategy, standards, practices, and governance
Preferred
Experience in the finance industry
Background in technology strategy and innovation
Membership in a distinguished engineer community or similar elite technical group
