Responsibilities
Overseeing overall contract execution, to include onsite stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment
Qualification
Required
Master's degree and 10 years of experience. 8 years of work experience, OR a Bachelor's plus 4 years of experience, may be substituted for a Master's Degree
Degree in Engr., Sci, Business; Computer Science or Related Scientific or Technical Discipline
Eight years of project management experience working on DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) programs/projects
Seven years of experience in the DoD or IC in an acquisition project management position leading integrated teams consisting of engineers, analysts, financial, and project management personnel
DAU Level III certification in Program Management, or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Proficient in program governance, risk management, budget oversight, and performance monitoring
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to engage with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders effectively
Experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks
US Citizenship is required
Preferred
Experience with Army TENCAP, Space ISR systems, or expeditionary ground station concepts
Experience briefing senior military or civilian leadership
