Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud ERP full-cycle implementations
Prior experience within Higher Education (large university preferred)
Program-level oversight across multiple workstreams (Finance, HCM, SCM, etc.)
Executive presence and ability to work across SI, internal leadership, and stakeholders
Experience serving in an independent or third-party oversight capacity is highly valued
