Responsibilities
Architect and deploy robust video/audio systems, from professional studio gear to on-the-ground live event setups
Operate cutting-edge video equipment across live broadcasts, recordings, and multi-platform streaming events
Maintain, diagnose, and optimize video infrastructure to uphold flawless performance
Calibrate equipment to meet broadcast-grade standards for both video and audio fidelity
Deliver fast-paced technical support in live environments, solving challenges in real-time
Partner with producers, engineers, and creative leads to ensure a seamless visual/auditory experience from pre-production to post
Qualification
Required
Hands-on mastery of video tech: switchers, cameras, encoders, monitors, and signal flow
Fluency in live production environments and real-time troubleshooting
Knowledge of streaming protocols, AV over IP, and digital signal processing is a strong plus
High attention to technical detail and a quality-first mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a production-savvy edge
The physical capability to manage, lift, and transport video gear as needed
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Video Engineering, Broadcast Tech, AV Systems, etc.) or equivalent practical experience
Prior work in media tech, broadcast operations, or large-scale live production setups
