Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end program outcomes, manage software engineering scoping, execution and delivery, and program and manage across large or various cross-organizational teams
Communicate progress, and risks. Propose mitigation plans, and align stakeholders on risk mitigation strategies
Manage escalations and unblock obstacles, ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis
Use technical judgement to build consensus, drive projects, schedule, plans, execution, and communicate status to stakeholders and engineering teams
Analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, define requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally and globally to improve processes and tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience in managing and delivering programs in one of the following areas: infrastructure systems, system design, and infrastructure operations
Preferred
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in leveraging scope-cost-time-quality tradeoffs to help accomplish the goals of the program
Knowledge of SQL, comfortable writing scripts and building dashboards
Proven track record of technical program management outcomes from concept to launching programs
