Responsibilities
Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
Creating and managing long and short-term goals
Developing a budget and operating plan for projects
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
Support the repair of specialized equipment in manufacturing facilities
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
Implementing and managing changes to ensure project goals are achieved
Ensuring communication with all parties and the customers is fluid at all times of the project
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
Must effectively and efficiently work within teams and maintain accountability when working individually
Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively
Must be able to satisfy job/task time constraints
All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager
Must be able to perform all tasks in a safe manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in field
Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions
Fluent use of English language/Reading/Writing/Speaking Required
Must be able to be licensed for equipment if applicable
Must be able to successfully pass all required safety related training courses, physicals, and maintain the ability to work in the position in a manner that reflects both safety specific mental and physical awareness and satisfactory performance
Must demonstrate at least a minimal level of knowledge and skills appropriate for the job
Ability to communicate and work well with others
Ability to safely work in a highly automated environment
