Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging APIs (e.g., JMS)
Strong understanding of DevOps practices: CI/CD, automated testing (TDD), resiliency, and application security
Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven track record of delivering results in collaborative, cross-functional teams
Awareness of industry technology trends and best practices
