Responsibilities
You will own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision, and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision
This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience
We are looking for an analytical, data-driven, resourceful, customer-focused individual who has the ability to work independently but also excels as part of a high-performing team
This individual will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while keeping customers' best interests in mind at all times
Qualification
Required
2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
8+ years of technical product or program management experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience technical product management
Preferred
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
