Sustained ownership of a large‑scale native Android app (≥1M MAU is explicitly preferred)
Deep, explicit experience with: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, REST or GraphQL (preferred)
Force‑Multiplier Tech Lead Behavior (PRs, Coaching, Unblocking)
Explicit ownership of: PR quality and review culture, Coaching developers through design and debugging
Operating Effectively in a Distributed, Enterprise Environment
Direct experience leading ~8–10 engineers across Nearshore and offshore
Prior experience in large, regulated, enterprise environments
