Responsibilities
Lead a crew and jobs to meet quality standards, including coordinating the crew, delegating responsibilities, and providing guidance
Promote a culture of safety awareness by enforcing and adhering to safety protocols and minimizing on-site risks
Manage efficiency by tracking proper timekeeping, allocating materials, recording accurate notes on work tickets, and understanding how to execute to allocated hours on a job
Cascade information from crew leader meetings and field manager to your crew
