Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of Acquisition Offer Packages and Title Reports, including review of appraisals and right of way plans
Use of adobe PDF, Excel, Word, and GIS sites
Assist with fieldwork in different Ohio Courthouses, and owner negotiations, requiring travel
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be an undergraduate student currently in pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or other related field
Detail-oriented personality with strong technical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to complete field visits for title research and acquisition offers with an Acquisition Agent or Project Manager
Reliable transportation required
