Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs, ensuring requests are handled promptly, accurately, and thoughtfully
Coordinate client onboarding, account maintenance, and ongoing service support
Prepare materials for client meetings and manage follow-up tasks to ensure timely execution of planning recommendations
Coordinate communication with CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals to support integrated planning strategies
Support advisors and planners with workflow management and meeting preparation
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks and workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability
Contribute to the refinement of planning templates, internal checklists, and service processes to enhance both advisor effectiveness and the client experience
Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence
Support firm initiatives tied to client retention, relationship development, and service innovation
Qualification
Required
Genuine commitment to doing what is best for clients and supporting thoughtful, high-quality planning
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Comfortable working independently and exercising discretion
2-4 years financial services experience
Preferred
Experience with Orion Advisor Tech (or similar platforms)
Experience with Holistiplan
Experience with YCharts
