This role involves assisting with the development of change management deliverables, drafting internal communications, and supporting training logistics to ensure employees are informed and prepared throughout change initiatives.

Responsibilities
Assist with the development of change management deliverables such as stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, communication plans, training and enablement plans
Support execution of change activities across one or more projects
Track change actions, risks, and issues and escalate as needed
Draft internal communications including emails, FAQs, newsletters, and intranet content
Help maintain communication calendars and distribution lists
Coordinate reviews and approvals with project and business stakeholders
Support development of training materials such as slide decks, job aids, quick reference guides
Assist with training logistics (session scheduling, attendance tracking, feedback collection)
Help update materials based on stakeholder feedback
Participate in project meetings and capture notes and action items
Maintain OCM trackers, logs, and documentation
Coordinate with project managers, functional leads, and technical teams to stay aligned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, psychology, human resources, organizational development, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
