Responsibilities
Lead Marketing Strategy based on insights and business direction
Pull together top level marketing metrics to inform ongoing marketing
Create presentations articulating strategy, wins, metrics and future state
POC with the Business, Legal, Control, MTD, Internal Creative Agency to drive Marketing efforts forward
Manage budget and execution capacity
Management of 2 contractors; Direct report to Director in Marketing
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in leading Marketing programs
Strong communication skills; Strong presence and ability to influence and support key stakeholders
Analytical mindset, big-picture thinking
Strong presentation skills
Skilled at Powerpoint presentations and story-telling; Proficiency with Excel
