Oversee and improve inventory accuracy
Maintain appropriate stock levels
Supervise physical inventory processes
Track inventory data
Identify discrepancies
Analyze inventory trends
Implement strategies to optimize inventory management
Collaborate with on-site personnel, customers, and outside vendors to ensure seamless inventory operations
Handle RMA and warranty claim process with customers and vendors
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Accuracy
Experience in Physical Inventory and Inventory Management practices
Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring, assessing, and improving inventory processes
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in inventory software systems and data entry
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Experience working with HVAC or similar industries
