The role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting the Co-Founders, and managing office administration and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations for a 35-employee office (projected growth to 50), ensuring seamless on-site functionality
Directly support the two Co-Founders by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, handling ad hoc administrative tasks, and managing confidential communications
Lead office administration, vendor management, budgeting, and facilities coordination, negotiating contracts and maintaining operational cost controls
Develop and implement workplace policies, onboarding processes, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a productive, compliant, and positive office culture
Manage cross-functional coordination between leadership and staff, serving as the primary on-site point of contact for operational issues, compliance, and day-to-day problem resolution
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Mac and MS Office
Experience as an Office Manager or Team Assistant
Confidence in supporting busy founders and a mid-size team (35–50 employees)
Experience in early-stage startup environments
Familiarity with the demands of early-stage startup settings
Willingness to be on-site with the team Monday through Friday
