Responsibilities
Design and manage complex quantitative research projects addressing critical and sensitive organizational issues, including defining objectives, selecting methodologies, and establishing evaluation criteria
Provide analytical support for strategic planning efforts, including assessing alternative approaches, conducting feasibility analyses for new facilities or programs, evaluating geographic resource distribution, and producing performance metrics and reports
Develop and oversee statistically sound data collection instruments and reporting systems; assess operational processes to determine data needs and improve reporting accuracy
Independently lead advanced analytical studies using modern statistical modeling and simulation techniques to evaluate programs and initiatives, ensuring data integrity and resolving methodological challenges
Prepare written reports, briefing materials, and official communications for a range of stakeholders, and represent the organization in interagency meetings and professional forums

Must be a U.S. citizen

Obtain and maintain a Top Secret (Tier 5) security clearance
