This role is centered around our CRM platform, focusing on building and supporting software solutions that enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Work with a diverse, expert team of engineers to build the next generation of our best-in-class CRM, backend integrations, and internal tools
Build scalable, testable, and reusable code
Solve complex performance and architectural challenges
Own the development of features from concept to production
Qualification
Required
5-7+ years of professional software programming experience
Experience working with relational databases like MySQL, Postgres or SQL Server and the ability to write performant SQL queries
Deep knowledge and experience in coding back-end programming languages like C#, Java, PHP, or others
Fluency with Git or other version control software
Preferred
Experience with engineering CRM platforms like Sales Force or Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a plus
Experience programming in the 4D platform would be a plus
