Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
6+ years of experience with D365 Finance & Operations, with strong focus on R2R processes
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in ERP/financial systems environments
Demonstrated success in production support, operations delivery, and ERP enhancements
Strong understanding of financial reporting, GAAP/IFRS, and internal control frameworks
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence global stakeholders
Core Skills: Business Systems Analyst and Product Owner with deep expertise in Record to Report (R2R) processes and extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 ERP)
Preferred
Experience with D365FO implementations and post-production support
Familiarity with automation and reporting tools (Power BI, BlackLine, ServiceNow)
Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models and Azure DevOps
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor, guide, and drive operational excellence
