Track multiple projects, resources, and schedules to ensure timely execution
Maintain training documentation and materials using MS Office and SharePoint

Support program evaluation through basic tracking and analysis
Proactively identify and resolve coordination issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3–5 years of experience coordinating training or educational programs
Strong proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
