Avionics Systems Engineer Senior Staff

Responsibilities
Drive engineers across discipline boundaries and ensure adherence to technical commitments and processes
Drive the development and integration of equipment and functions on Foreign Military Sales of the MH60 platform
Develop requirements and contract deliverables to define the system design and architecture
Qualification
Required
Experience with Avionic platforms Systems Integration and Test engineering life cycle including requirements development, system design, problem analysis and resolution, integration and test
Experience with Foreign Military Sales contracts and export policy processes
Understanding of NHP Development and Integration processes and practices
Experienced System Engineering Practitioner with experience in System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Sciences with 12-14+ years of professional experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level
Preferred
Demonstrated experience with large scale integration efforts
Extensive knowledge of the MH-60R/S Avionics and Mission System Architecture
Familiarity with NHP Navy Customer Set, including foreign and domestic aircraft and the various customer stakeholders
Experience with major supplier management including Subcontract Deliverable Requirements List (SDRL) definition and review
