Training Coordinator 2 - Full Time

Sephora is a beauty retailer committed to inclusivity and empowerment. The Training Coordinator is responsible for improving employee productivity through various training activities, including facilitation, training organization, and maintaining training records across departments.

Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and effectively conducts employee training on various functional skill areas
Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry
Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes that training could improve
Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions
Facilitate applicable portions of New Hire Orientation
Maintains records of successful completion of training
Assist in creating an annual Training Calendar
Lead MHE training and recertification, as well as other safety trainings
Evaluate performance of current trainers
Conduct training audits to evaluate training efficacy
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

1 year of applicable training experience
Ability to work flexible hours
Ability to effectively give and receive feedback in a professional and respectful manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation abilities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong administrative and data management skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to work independently
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Willingness to operate MHE and become MHE certified
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to operate basic office and audiovisual equipment
Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift and/or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to operate MHE
