Implementation Associate Business Analyst, Marketing and Enrollment Solutions

Responsibilities
Onboard new partners, describing EAB’s portfolio of services and data integration methodology on technical kickoff calls
Design and lead implementation strategy based on institutional structure and data availability
Effectively manage data integration projects for a portfolio of partners
Work with the partner’s technical staff and/or EAB’s Data Integration Services team to extract and validate data
Hold partners and internal team members accountable to project milestones around data integration
Analyze partner data for validity, identify and communicate trends to partner
Assist team in improving process, and developing scalable solutions
Facilitate weekly data calls with partner during implementation to discuss progress, address risks and roadblocks, and keep project on pace with deployment plan
Facilitate partner conversations on data return from EAB back to partner for purposes of CRM/SIS data loads
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
1 year of continuous work experience
Valid Driver's License
Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically
Attention to detail
Strong sense of accountability
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Strong communication skills
Demonstrable analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability
Time management skills
Preferred
Relevant project management experience
Experience working with analytic tools (Excel, SQL)
Partner management experience
Demonstrates personal responsibility and assertiveness
