Responsibilities
Monitoring and supervising the activities of a unit of Licensing Program Analysts
Performing quality assurance reviews
Planning and conducting individual and group training
Reviewing complaint investigations
Providing technical and supervisory direction in the office and the field
Reviewing monthly intake and production reports
Acting as the Division representative with other agencies
Recruiting and hiring new staff
Meeting with facility representatives
Recommending administrative actions against noncompliance licensees
Supporting the office in maintaining CCLD Policies and Procedures
Traveling throughout the State for meetings and miscellaneous reasons as occasions may arise
Qualification
Required
The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired
