Senior Non-Destructive Testing Technician
Cynet Systems is a company focused on advanced inspection technologies, and they are seeking a Senior Non-Destructive Testing Technician. This role is responsible for developing and executing nondestructive inspection strategies for additively manufactured metal components, collaborating closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure quality and compliance.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop and execute nondestructive inspection strategies for additively manufactured metal components
Support the qualification of new inspection techniques for additive components
Communicate inspection reports, quality findings, and feedback across cross-functional teams
Develop, validate, document, and apply inspection methods suitable for complex geometries and material properties associated with additive manufacturing
Conduct inspections to support emergent repair activities and ensure quality following post-additive machining operations
Participate in technology development initiatives for advanced nondestructive inspection techniques, including CT, X-ray, ultrasonic, CMM, Blue Light, and related modalities
Document inspection requirements, results, and recommendations in comprehensive reports
Schedule and facilitate technical review meetings for final approvals
Assist in project planning to establish inspection resource requirements and timelines
Ensure all inspection processes align with quality, safety, and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of experience in nondestructive inspection engineering roles
Minimum Level I certification in Computed Tomography and Penetrant Inspection
Demonstrated experience inspecting additively manufactured metal components
Technical proficiency in CT, X-ray, ultrasonic, CMM, Blue Light, and other inspection modalities for complex metal geometries
Experience supporting emergent repair and post-machining inspection in turbine or power generation environments
Knowledge of engineering tools such as NX, AutoCAD, GOM, and inspection modeling tools
Strong computer proficiency
Strong oral and written communication skills
Leadership and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Nondestructive Testing, or a related technical field preferred
Relevant NDT certifications required
