Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed workback plans, aligning tasks, timelines, and dependencies across departments
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to endure alignment on deliverables and milestones
Track project progress and proactively address risks or roadblocks, enduring projects to stay on track
Consolidate project updates into clear, concise executive summaries for leadership review
Leverage Monday.com (or comparable project management tools) to paganize, track, and visualize timelines, resources, and tasks
Facilitate regular project check-ins and ensure all stakeholders remain informed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in project management, particularly across multiple teams or departments
Strong organizational skills, especially in distilling complex projects into high level summaries
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Monday.com strongly preferred; experience with other tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Jira) also considered
