Responsibilities

Research, design, implement, and manage software programs

Test and evaluate new programs

Collaborate with developers, UX designers, business & systems analysts

Provide development & optimization support for IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM application

Create/redefine dimensions, rules, and processes aligned with agency needs

Upgrade IBM Tririga environments and manage content migration

Develop, modify, and support reporting using BIRT

Enhance system efficiency and performance

Qualification

Required

7 years (Required) – Experience as a Facilities Manager

5 years (Required) – Experience contracting on IBM Tririga/Maximo products (minimum 1 contract)

4 years (Required) – Experience with Tririga Projects Version 10

3 years (Preferred) – Experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager

3 years (Preferred) – Experience as a Real Estate Manager
