They are seeking a Part-time Industrial Services Procurement Support to manage inventory needs and communicate with suppliers, ensuring effective office processes within the Industrial Services department.

Responsibilities
Maintaining proper inventory levels
Communicating with suppliers regarding purchase orders and service levels
Answering phone calls and assisting employees from other Fastenal locations
Providing reports and updates to various levels of the company regarding inventory
Qualification
Required
Prior administrative or customer service experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
Work independently as well as in a team environment
Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
Willingness to sit for long periods of time
Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
