Responsibilities

Design HTML display banners from scratch, including layout, typography, and visual concepts
Build and code animated HTML5 banners with clean, efficient front-end code
Translate creative concepts into high-performing, production-ready assets
Ensure banners meet technical specifications, file size limits, and ad platform requirements
Collaborate with creative and marketing partners as needed to iterate on designs
Manage work independently while meeting deadlines in a flexible, project-based environment

Qualification

HTML5Animated banner designVisual design skillsDigital advertising best practicesConsumer brand experience

Required

Expert-level (10/10) proficiency in HTML5 banner design and front-end development
Strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of digital advertising best practices
Experience creating animated HTML display ads from concept through final build
Comfortable working without set hours and ramping up availability as needed
Able to work remotely within EST or CST time zones (PST not supported)
Flexible, project-based (no set hours to start; may evolve over time)

Preferred

Experience supporting brands in consumer, lifestyle, or food & beverage categories is a plus
