Responsibilities
Receiving and routing help desk calls
Upgrade and replacement of corporate computer hardware and software
Basic troubleshooting of Mac and Microsoft operating systems with the inclusion of MS Office, and Adobe products
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary
Qualification
Required
Intermediate knowledge of modern Windows or Mac operating systems
Analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot applications
Self-motivated and able to contribute in a team setting
Preferred
1 year course work in information systems/sciences, computer repair
A+, MCP, or Network plus certification
An interest in help desk and computer technician technologies and concepts
