User Experience: Manage persistent user profiles via FSLogix containers
Support & Governance: Serve as Tier 3 escalation for VDI issues (ServiceNow) and ensure ITIL compliance
Qualification
Required
VDI Expertise: 2+ years of specialized experience in AVD, Nerdio, and FSLogix (required)
OS/Cloud: Deep proficiency in Windows 10/11, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), and virtual networking
Scripting: Advanced PowerShell skills for enterprise-level automation
Process: Strong background in ITIL principles and ServiceNow
Experience: 5+ years in systems engineering
