System Integration Consultant
Jansoft Global is seeking a highly experienced System Integration Developer to design, configure, and implement Personal Injury and Recordable Environmental Incident workflows using ServiceNow capabilities. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and integrated ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement Personal Injury (PI) and Recordable Environmental Incident (REI) workflows using ServiceNow capabilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated, and compliant ServiceNow solutions
Qualification
Required
13+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Expertise in ServiceNow Health & Safety module OR CSM
Strong proficiency in JavaScript / GlideScript
Experience with REST APIs and ServiceNow integrations
Hands-on experience with MID Server and Integration Hub
Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM
Experience with Discovery and ITOM-related capabilities
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and OOB configurations, including: Flow Designer, Forms & Tables, Catalog Items, ACLs, Notifications
ServiceNow development experience including: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs
Expertise in integration techniques such as REST, SOAP, and JDBC
Ability to design and implement complex integrations with external systems
Experience with ITOM modules such as: Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration
Experience building custom applications using the ServiceNow Application Platform
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for Service Portal and UI customization
Knowledge of performance tuning, optimization, and best practices for scalable solutions
Ability to align ServiceNow implementations with business goals and IT strategy
Experience defining roadmaps, governance frameworks, and development best practices
Strong experience with OOB modules such as ITSM, HR, Risk, or Safety
Ability to work closely with business users to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Experience building or customizing Incident Management or Case Management workflows
Prior exposure to Safe Workplace or Health & Safety modules within ServiceNow
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
