Responsibilities
Research, design, develop, and maintain software solutions within the IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo environment
Provide development and optimization services for existing CAFM applications
Create and configure business objects, forms, workflows, rules, and processes aligned with organizational requirements
Optimize system performance and ensure alignment with the underlying data model
Plan and execute TRIRIGA upgrades, including environment preparation and content migration with minimal business disruption
Modify and enhance existing TRIRIGA components to improve operational efficiency and maintenance processes
Develop, modify, and support reports using BIRT
Test and evaluate system changes and new functionality
Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and system stakeholders
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Facilities Management or CAFM environments
5+ years of hands-on experience working with IBM TRIRIGA and/or Maximo (at least one contract engagement)
4+ years of experience with TRIRIGA Projects Version 10
Strong experience configuring workflows, business objects, forms, and system rules
Experience supporting TRIRIGA upgrades, migrations, and environment management
Proficiency in BIRT reporting
Strong troubleshooting, testing, and system optimization skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred
Experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager
Experience supporting Real Estate or Space Management functions within TRIRIGA
