Responsibilities

Executive sponsor for delivery; primary escalation owner
Build and sustain CXO-level client relationships
Lead QBRs, steering committees, and executive governance
Own global SAP delivery across Run, Change, and Transform
Ensure SLA/KPI adherence, delivery predictability, and quality
Lead Major Incident Management and service recovery
Full P&L ownership for the account
Drive margin improvement, cost optimization, and revenue protection
Eliminate revenue leakages; ensure billing and forecast accuracy
Identify white-space opportunities and expansion areas
Shape renewals, extensions, and new SAP transformation programs
Position value-led outcomes beyond cost and operations
Lead large, multi-geo SAP delivery teams (USA, India, Nearshore)
Build strong leadership bench and succession plans
Drive skill readiness, cross-skilling, and SAP certification compliance
Client Satisfaction (CSAT / NPS)
SLA & KPI performance
Account margin and profitability
Revenue growth and wallet share
Escalation frequency and resolution effectiveness
Utilization, pyramid health, and attrition
