The Maintenance Intern will assist the maintenance team with data migration to Oracle, document processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Assist in gathering, reviewing, and preparing maintenance data for migration from Mainsaver to Oracle
Support the maintenance team in validating migrated data, including equipment records, PM schedules, work orders, and spare parts
Help document new processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures related to the Oracle system
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on system functionality and data accuracy
Shadow maintenance technicians to understand current workflows and ensure accurate system alignment
Assist with cleanup of legacy data, including identifying duplicates, missing information, and outdated records
Provide general administrative and technical support to the maintenance and reliability teams during the transition
Help train end users by preparing reference materials, quick guides, or job aids as needed
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to asset management and maintenance planning
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new systems and processes
Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, planners, engineers, and IT personnel
Preferred
Basic understanding of asset management, or CMMS concepts (preferred but not required)
