Ecommerce Content & Program Specialist

Responsibilities
Support execution of email and SMS campaigns (calendar coordination, building, QA, scheduling, and basic performance review)
Manage DTC site updates including homepage changes, promotions, content updates, and merchandising
Coordinate ecommerce execution for key moments (product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions)
Executes the set up and QA for promotions and pricing updates across channels
Help ensure all ecommerce touchpoints are accurate, complete, and aligned
Maintain the ecommerce and content calendar across site, email, launches, promotions, and social activity
Support social media planning and management, including coordinating content, scheduling posts, and aligning with campaigns
Gather inputs from Brand Management, Sales Support, and Creative Departments to support planning and execution
Partner with creative and digital content teammates to ensure assets are delivered on time and used effectively across channels
Help improve consistency across channels (site, email, social, marketplaces, retailer.com)
Pull and organize performance reports for site performance, email campaigns, social content, promotions, and key ecommerce initiatives
Support post-campaign recaps and identify basic trends and learnings
Help maintain consistent reporting formats and documentation
Work closely with the Director of Ecommerce and Brand Management/Marketing to align ecommerce execution with campaigns and content
Partner with Product Development to support launch timing and product readiness
Collaborate with Sales Support/Sales Operations to surface issues, improve customer experience, and support continuous improvement
Collaborate with creative and digital content teammates to support asset development and channel execution
Support additional initiatives as defined by the Director of Ecommerce, including new sales channels, omnichannel initiatives, marketplace support, process improvements, and platform enhancements
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, social media, or related fields
Hands-on experience across major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.), with particular strength on TikTok
Experience with platforms such as Shopify (or similar), email tools (Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp, etc.), and social tools
Experience with Google Analytics or ecommerce reporting
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, product, or customer service teams
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interested in ecommerce performance and learning what drives sales
Analytical with experience reporting on KPIs and reviewing forecasts
Comfortable working with data, trackers, and reports
Collaborative, flexible, and proactive mindset
Preferred
Experience with video creation, editing, or design tools
