Responsibilities
Create and maintain enterprise-wide strategic roadmaps and architecture blueprints
Analyze the current IT landscape and define future-state architecture aligned with business goals
Evaluate new technologies and tools; provide recommendations and proofs of concept
Establish and enforce architecture policies, standards, and guidelines
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, security frameworks, and best practices
Lead governance processes for technology decisions and solution reviews
Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering and project teams
Drive the design and delivery of API-driven solutions, middleware modernization, and cloud-aligned architectures
Develop and promote reusable frameworks, automation, and scalable design patterns
Execute modernization initiatives including API delivery and cloud platform integration
Guide teams in building scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams to validate requirements, support UAT, and ensure smooth implementation
Qualification
Required
10+ years of technical solutions experience in enterprise environments
3+ years in an Enterprise Architecture role (data, integration, cloud, infrastructure, or application architecture)
Strong expertise in architecture frameworks — TOGAF certification or working knowledge required
Proven track record in defining architectural standards and leading large-scale technical initiatives
Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
Deep understanding of systems engineering and enterprise solution architecture
Deep understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Deep understanding of integration patterns and modern API architectures
Experience with Java-based applications
Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular)
Experience with microservices & distributed systems
Experience with middleware and API delivery
Hands-on experience evaluating new tools, building prototypes, and driving technical decision-making
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
