Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Developer 6i – Forms
Experience in system integrations and enterprise application environments
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within project teams
Active participation in Agile ceremonies (pre-iteration planning, retrospectives, etc.)
Ability to provide constructive feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
