Responsibilities
Assist Engineering Team with time studies, reviewing documentation, drawings and CAD
Assist in writing working instructions, check list and other documents related to manufacturing equipment
Help research and recommend support equipment required for continuous production
Help design and monitor Engineering DOE (Design Of Experiment) projects
Collaborate with Engineering Team with writing reports and reporting findings to team
Attend team meetings and support project work as needed
Qualification
Required
Junior/Senior undergrad student pursuing Mechanical Engineering major
2D and 3D CAD tools (AutoCAD, Inventor or Solidworks) experience
Available to work 40 hours/week (in-person) for the assignment term
Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
3.0 minimum GPA
Preferred
Lean/Six Sigma helpful
Enthusiastic about working in a manufacturing environment
Highly collaborative, creative and excellent communication skills
Previous internship experience a plus!
