Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
Manage contracts, pricing agreements, and supplier performance
Oversee purchasing activities and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes
Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams
Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Resolve vendor issues and manage supplier relationships
Support budgeting and expense control initiatives
Analyze purchasing data and market trends
All other duties assigned
Qualification
Required

Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
3–7 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
Experience working with vendors, contracts, and procurement systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting 25+ lbs, computer work and other physical activities
