Responsibilities
Manage significant and key aspects of one or more moderate sized research and/or QI projects from start-up to closeout, and any other ongoing project management tasks related to assigned research and/or QI project
Work closely on one or more moderately complex projects/assignments in collaboration with leadership including the Principal Investigator, Senior Bioscientific Staff, and/or Director or Vice President
Manage significant and key aspects of one or more small to moderate research projects from start-up to closeout, or ongoing research functions
Oversee day-to-day operations of team members working on assigned studies and projects
Qualification
Required
Experience working in a team oriented environment and comfortable working with cross-functional teams is required
Strong customer service, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills required
This position will be required to manage significant and key aspects of one or more moderate sized research and/or QI projects from start-up to closeout, and any other ongoing project management tasks related to assigned research and/or QI project
Work closely on one or more moderately complex projects/assignments in collaboration with leadership including the Principal Investigator, Senior Bioscientific Staff, and/or Director or Vice President
Manage significant and key aspects of one or more small to moderate research projects from start-up to closeout, or ongoing research functions
Oversee day-to-day operations of team members working on assigned studies and projects
Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of relevant experience, including at least two (2) years of research experience; experience leading cross functional teams or a small to moderate sized project
OR
Master's degree in a related field and six (6) months of research experience
Preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a general knowledge of medical terminology preferred
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: CAP-M or PMI Project Management Professional certification or similar preferred
Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals certification preferred
